In your room you find an alarm clock to borrow. If you want that we wake up you in the morning, please ask at the reception.

The Breakfast is from 7.00 till 10.00 am. You can have an earlier breakfast by request. Please inform our staff at the reception.

On request we change your towels daily. Please put your towels in the shower.

In the cafeteria next to the reception you can find a vending machine which is available 24 h each day. We also offer you drinks in our Bistro. Please help yourself with drinks and note it on the list which you will find in the Bistro.

It is possible to use our double rooms also as triple rooms. Please contact the reception stuff.

In the hotel, on the 1^st floor, in a room that is always open there are for 2 computers with internet available for guests. You receive the access data at the reception.

In our restaurant we offer regional dishes or delicacies from all over the world. We also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes and take food intolerances into account.

If our restaurant is closed, we can recommend restaurants within walking distance. Just ask at the reception.

Parking spaces for motorcycles are in our courtyard. The gate to the courtyard is closed at night.

At request you can use the changing room to change your clothes. You will receive the key at reception.

For free parking in the parking garage you can get a parking card at the reception for 10.00 € deposit.

A variety of different pillows is available (80×80 cm or 40×80 cm). You can receive at the reception another pillow. Just ask for it.

On your TV you can also receive radio stations. Switch all analog channels (ATV) and digital channels (DTV). These TV stations are followed by all possible radio stations.

The reception is opened daily from 7.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m.

Please switch off all the lights and close the doors and windows when you leave the room. Please don’t open the windows while the heater is running.

Do you have important documents that you want to keep safe? Gladly you can do so in our safe box during your stay. Please inform the reception.

You receive sanitary article like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, body lotion and so on at the reception.
